Seatown have enjoyed some cross curricular maths – combining ratio work with our term’s focus on space.
Here we are designing our alien drinks for a celebration of their successful invasion of the school! We recorded the ratios of each colour used and then scaled the results up from one drink, to catering for 4 people, 16 people (the number in our class) and then 60 people (roughly the population of our school).
Here are some of the drinks that will be served up. Which ones take your fancy?
Gilligan’s Guts, Oil Slurp, God’s Eye juice, Sludge, Picklenickle, Dragon’s Treasure or even a glass of Snobble!
