Step out of the ordinary...

We are a small, busy and happy Church of England school in the village of Powerstock which is set in the heart of the beautiful West Dorset countryside.

Our school values its unique ‘smallness’ and we are proud in saying that every child is cared for and valued as an individual. We set high standards in learning and teaching, that enable children to always improve themselves by acquiring new skills and knowledge.  We are Proud to be Active and know how important physical activity is to emotional and physical wellbeing for all our children.

Our aim is for all our children to leave us happy, confident and independent individuals with a positive outlook on life and ready to take on their next challenges.

We hope that you will find our prospectus helpful as an introduction to our school. We are always happy to show visitors around our school and answer any questions you may have.

I hope you will join our wonderful unique school community.
